Lépine’s Johanne’s Court is a first of its kind, in the vibrant community of Carleton Place, Ontario. Located on the grounds is a scenic courtyard and community garden. Our landscape results in biodiversity, more sustainable indigenous plant species, reduced greenhouse gasses, mitigation of the heat refraction effect and neighborhood beautification. We take great pride in reducing the building footprint and maximizing the landscaped area of Johanne’s Court.
