Pets are welcome at Lepine apartments! Residents must declare any pets on their application form and abide by the pet policy. Contact our leasing team for more details.
Is the building smoke free?
Yes, all of our buildings are entirely smoke free.
What amenities are included in the building?
The following amenities are located at Saint Emilion: A Lobby, Games Lounge, Fitness Centre, Yoga Studio, Reception Hall, Climate Controlled Parking, Resident Storage Lockers, Bicycle Storage, Courtyard, Garden Path Network, and Gazebo.
What is the application process like?
Book a viewing (in-person or virtual) to find the right suite. Once you find the perfect fit you can either come to our leasing office to fill out your application or everything can be taken care of remotely through our online platform.
How do I schedule a tour of the apartment?
Give us a call or view the available listings on our website. Each listing has an appointment booking button for you to schedule your tour.
What is the lease term?
The minimum lease term is 12 months but many of our residents sign leases for years at a time.
