As I approached the entrance of Lepine Lodge on June 24th, the atmosphere was full of excitement. The combination of a country festival ambiance and the promise of a tour of this new apartment community had me brimming with anticipation.

Upon arrival, Lepine staff greeted me with warm smiles and friendly faces. The sound of live music filled the air, beckoning me towards the heart of the festivities, where a world of delightful surprises awaited.

Before beginning my tour, I couldn't resist indulging in the complimentary lunch from the Backyard Gourmet food truck stationed near the pond. I enjoyed my lunch sitting by the water, listening to the musical talents of Mark McDonell of the band Ambush.

As I continued my tour, a pickleball instructor caught my attention, inviting me to try my hand at the sport. Patiently guiding me through the basics, the instructor ensured I had a fantastic time while honing my skills. Being able to learn alongside other relative newcomers was a nice sense of camaraderie and made the experience even more enjoyable. Lepine Lodge is truly a place that has a strong sense of community.

I also had the opportunity to check out the community garden and learn about the plants already in bloom from Hultink Greenhouse. As an avid gardener myself, it was reassuring to know there are still plenty of opportunities to enjoy this hobby while living in an apartment.

A highlight of the event was the presence of the renowned Renfrew Wolves hockey team. Interacting with these talented but down to earth athletes and hockey enthusiasts was so much fin. Sharing stories and laughter, I couldn't help but be swept up in the contagious energy. It was a unique opportunity to connect with the local sports community and celebrate the love of the game.

The courtyard showcased another exciting feature—an opportunity to check out an ATV display and storage demo by Center Town Motorsports. As someone who has always been a bit of a thrill seeker, I loved seeing the possibilities of still enjoying classic country pastimes while living in an apartment community. It was a taste of the exciting lifestyle that Lepine Lodge had to offer.

Throughout the day, the furnished model suites provided a glimpse into the luxurious living spaces available at Lepine Lodge.
