A New Chapter Begins: Johanne’s Gardens Officially Opens in Carleton Place

Under a clear autumn sky, Lépine proudly celebrated the official opening of Johanne’s Gardens — a landmark moment marking the continued growth of our communities in the Ottawa Valley.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony, held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, welcomed residents, community leaders, and partners to 277 Coleman Street in Carleton Place for an afternoon dedicated to connection, craftsmanship, and celebration.

The event was led by President and Master Builder France Lépine, who shared heartfelt remarks about the company’s commitment to excellence, community, and enduring quality.

Following France’s speech, Father Tim Nelligan from Blessed Sacrament Parish blessed the building, offering words of gratitude and goodwill for its residents and future community. Then, Pascale Lépine had the honour of cutting the ribbon, officially opening Johanne’s Gardens to the public.

Guests were invited to enjoy light refreshments, guided tours of the new residences, and meaningful conversations that reflected the warmth and community spirit at the heart of every Lépine development.
