Is the building smoke free?
Yes, all of our buildings are entirely smoke free.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome at Lepine Apartments! Residents must declare any pets on their application form and abide by the pet policy. Contact our leasing team for more details.
Is parking available?
Yes, indoor heated parking and outdoor parking is available for an extra cost per month.
Do you offer furnished suites?
We currently do not offer furnished suites.
Do the suites come with private outdoor space?
Select suites come with a private outdoor terrace or balcony.
Are utilities included?
Utilities are an extra cost per month and are metered separately.
Are the suites air conditioned?
All suites offer individual climate-controlled heat pumps.
